I would strongly advise against using this law firm for any legal matters. I hired them for an eviction case, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. They have been working on my case for 10 months, and absolutely nothing has been done. They consistently fail to follow up, leaving me in the dark about the status of my case. Worse, they have missed critical deadlines, which has only delayed the process further. Despite repeated attempts to reach out, there’s no sense of urgency or professionalism. It’s been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I regret choosing this firm, and I highly recommend seeking a more reliable and responsive attorney elsewhere.

Never heard of this place or asked for a law firm … they just called me asking for my address and told me they can’t tell me why they’re calling until I give them my address , a complete scam company trying to hack you ! You’re welcome !

Just had a Mr. Wood call and ask for my name and SS#. but wouldn't tell me any information , asked what it was about and he wouldn't tell me anything .. with all the scams going on now I'm not going to give out my SS# until i know what it was about . Then i called back twice to finally get ahold of a lady (very helpful) . And come to find out they had the wrong person. I've never lived in Birmingham. Glad I didn't give my ss# to him!! They need to find a better way and better attitude when dealing with people. Thanks

Tried to use their service to evict a squatter in one of my properties. The whole month of January went by with barley any to zero communication. As a law office, I assume they know how time sensitive evictions are and how long they can take. Taking 30+ days with zero progress is a down right disgrace. Don’t use this company if you want anything done in a timely fashion.

We hired Cloud & Willis to evict a tenant and collect a debt. The service has already been paid for but we are definitely NOT GETTING OUR MONEY'S WORTH! 1. The tenants willingly left so the eviction did not fully go to court which is good BUT in the attempt to collect a debt, we have gotten nowhere unfortunately. 2. The attorney, Connor Theune, filed the paperwork with the wrong name which set us back from the beginning! His response to this was "The Amended Complaint has been filed. I am waiting for the Judge to set it for hearing/trial." We have not gotten any updates since! This was on Nov. 5th. 2. The communication has been horrific, it has now been nearly a month with no responses to our most recent inquiry for any kind of update and I have attempted to reach someone 4 times via emails and calls. 3. This case was started in May, it is now December and we do not have any solutions being offered. We do not even know where we are in the process because the attorney, Connor Theune, has not given us any updates since his error. The last message received from him was "I will ask paralegal to check on service and hearing/trial setting." We are seeking a solution to the problem we hired the law firm for but are very discouraged at this point!
