Kenny, the owner…greeted me with a smile. The location in the heart of downtown with a parking lot (free parking) in the back which makes it easy to enter the store. The store was clean and smelled great. Customer service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable with services and helpful. Good luck with the business.

The UPS Store is where adulthood truly begins — the place where dreams, returns, and oddly shaped Amazon boxes all converge. You walk in juggling packages like a circus act, already bracing yourself for the scale to expose how much your “light” box actually weighs. The staff, though, are absolute pros — calm, unshaken, and somehow able to find the perfect box for anything from grandma’s cookies to your ill-fated online shopping spree.

The staff have been fine when I drop off packages for shipment, but when I came to print some photographs, they used cheap, flimsy paper and left creases on the photos. This is unacceptable because I intended to submit at least one photo to an art gallery, which they knew. They still charged me for them, even though I tried to object as soon as I realized the photos were damaged, and I hadn't even left the store yet. I won't be returning to use their printing service, and I'm just glad it wasn't an expensive mistake!

Even though the store representative was working alone and the customers were coming in steady, she maintained a positive attitude and knew how to multitask to move the line quickly.

I like to recognize when I recieve good service just as much as I would complain about poor service. The service was very pleasant, I had no wait and the person taking my return knew exactly what he was doing, so that I was in and out.

The UPS store at 1116 20th Street South, Store #4088 is my go to store. The owner is very professional, he cares for his customers and makes sure you're happy about your service before you leave his store. I've NEVER been treated as such.
