La gente mas amable que conoci en mi viaje a USA, tuve un accidente con mi auto alquilado y la empresa tardo mas de 24 horas en cambiarme el vehiculo, por lo que tuve que quedarme esperando en la Gas Station , rapidamente fui ayudado por el personal de la Gas Station, muy agradecido a Zack el encargado, a Kelly del turno madrugada y especialmente a Stephanie que fue mi verdadero angel de la guarda, si alguien dudase de la calidez surena de los Estados unidos, por favor lea este comentario, el lugar es muy limpio lleno de servicios muy buena y variada comida , un verdadero oasis. Sweet Home Alabama !!! Dios los bendiga!!!

This is a nice pilot. I didn't use showers here so I cant review. The good points are Clean bathrooms, they have this child seat you can strap your kid into while you use the bathrooms, changing table, variety of good books including children books, souvenirs, toys for kids, large variety of hot food, sandwiches and fresh fruit, nice open lounge TV area, well stocked coffee area with fruit drinks, frappucino coffee drinks, cold and hot teas, well stocked creamer and flavor pumps, truck accessories and driver safety gear, copy/fax machine, atm, they even have a Pokémon card display! Great atmosphere and well dressed colorful people.

10 stars on a 5 scale! Great place to stop. We were heading from Oklahoma see family just north of B’ham. This is just about an hour shy. We had 51 miles of fuel to go and 30 miles to our Jasper turnoff so started looking for an earlier stop to play it safe. Almost passed this up until I saw the big fuel price sign and it looked appealing. It was a blank spot on the satellite map so figured it was newer. We were trying to hurry as we were heading in late at fam’s. Planned to run in while pump was running. I know it’s frowned upon but I prefer to walk my wife in with my self-defense tools at hand in case of bad news trouble. We would have been back out before pump stopped. Well the pump would run until I was halfway to the door then click off. So I had to babysit it while she went in. Minor drawback and probably just that particular handle and backpressure from near empty tank. Another no biggie. The squeegee blades were bent so I had to work harder to get all the wash off the windshield but I’ve seen that at nearly every fuel station lately. I think it’s these new curvy windshields and people pressing too hard. The washer fluid was clean and fresh. Watched for her to come out and she locked the door then I hustled in. There were 2-4 staff out working the outdoor areas. Super nice folks and greeted up kindly. Could tell they were diligently doing their work. It was a cool 65° mid October night so it was a nice night to be doing outside duty. Decent prices on fuel, fine deals on Gatorade and spectacularly clean restrooms. Couple paper towel dispensers & soaps were empty but plenty of other to choose from so no biggie. I knew they were in cleaning and stocking time. One urinal was out but marked properly. Super clean, smelled great. LOVE THE GOJO CHERRY SCRUB and so does my wife lol! Like a manicure in the men’s room! I did the self check even though the sweet girl cleaning out the hot box offered to assist. I waved her off with a hello and a compliment of her store. Self check was easiest I’ve used. Ever. Adding this as a PREFERRED PEE & FUEL STOP for future trips. Apologies for the Thank you all and please keep the the great work. And management/corporate: please take good care of your folks. Don’t let the new wear off and start cutting corners. Pay them and treat them well. It will contribute to them continuing to serve your customers well for years to come. Money and security in their pocket puts money and security in yours. Y’all Be well! If only there was a 3X Turtles shirt! I’m a 80s baby. lol. Great price on tees. 🇺🇸✅Very clean and well-organized Pilot Travel Center. The store is spacious, tidy, and has everything you need on the road. I especially appreciated the shower – clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which makes a big difference during long trips. Overall, a great stop with excellent service and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!❤️

Came in today specifically to watch a the Kentucky Derby at this brand new establishment because I have an overnight stay in my truck tonight. I talked to Hope and Monica and they brought the remote so I can change it so I can watch Toby Keith’s horse race in the Kentucky tonight. Since I’m from Ocala Florida. I want to see if any other horses that come out of Marion County Florida win the race today. Sovereignty WON and that horse was trained in Ocala, Florida! Anyway, this is a brand new facility, lots of parking, wonderful, big, huge, clean showers, I was told every shower has double heads and wheelchair accessible! Great lounge , two TVs and microwaves in the lounge for the drivers. Big area to do laundry. The next morning I came in to make my hot tea to get ready to hit the road and saw Wendy, Tracie and Haley making the place clean and filling it with fresh , great smelling breakfast and smiling service!! Can’t wait to come back through here to come back again! Thanks for everything!

Passing through. Gas is better priced than 2 other stations nearby. Very friendly staff. Fresh, hot food options. Clean station and bathrooms. Staff was happy to brew fresh coffee on specific flavor. Very welcoming.

I've been out here for 24 years and truck stop food is known to be the worst! But let me tell you, all the food here is fresh cooked and hot! Not dried out! Its tasty! You got try out the rotisserie chicken. It is fire and falls off the bone. Its juicy and not dried out. The employees here are absolutely great! The place is clean and peaceful. I will stop here every time I come through.
