This shop is amazing. While traveling home from the Valley last month, I broke a bracket on my 6" lifted truck. I was just north of Fountain Hills on 87 and this was the closest shop I could get towed to. They were open on Saturday and made my family and I comfortable while we waited 3 hours for a friend from home to come pick us up. Then manager, Ken, was awesome to us. While we were waiting the mechanic came in and informed me he already found the problem and gave a ballpark quote for the fix. They came in about 200 dollars cheaper than the quote and had to send my original part out to have it welded and reinforced since a replacement could not be found. I picked this place, in part because of proximity to the highway, but also due to their well deserved positive reviews. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles here if I lived nearby. They will always be where I would go anytime I'm in the Valley and an unexpected vehicle problem occurs.

This was my first visit to Greulich’s Automotive Repair. I went in for an all wheel alignment as I just purchased 4 new tires and wanted to ensure the alignment was dead on. I was able to make an appointment online and for my desired date and time. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Tony at the front counter who acknowledged my appointment and explained what I should expect time wise since I was waiting. My vehicle was completed in less time than was quoted. I also received an email with photos and results of several other inspections they conduced. I was very impressed with the service I received, and will definitely be back when I need additional service. I highly recommend.

If you want great service with a smile, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Greulich’s. Ken and Tony are absolutely lovely people. They are very knowledgeable and quite courteous! Where do I start... I somehow managed to buy a truck that that was running on hopes and prayers before I even left the lot. I brought it here to have some things checked out. The experience from when I walked into the door to when I left was nothing short of exceptional. They deep dove into the truck and diagnosed the issues I knew about and even went a step further to look at everything else and found issues I didnt know about. They take pictures and video proof of everything which later came in handy when stating my case to the dealer I bought this truck from. They did not try to force their services upon me, and even highly recommend that the dealer take this truck back (the dealer thankfully did). The environment here is friendly and inviting and you can tell they care about their customers, and they even have a military discount. I'll use this company for any repairs or diagnostics I need in the future. 5 stars is not enough for the amount of money and time this company saved me from today.

Good repair shop that is honest and doesn’t try to push “ recommended repairs as “ need to have this done now or your car will break down in the 20 miles. They don’t put this type of pressure on you. They will gladly answer questions about what they see, show you photos and give you cost estimates for the work to be done. And their prices are very fair.

Amazing repair shop. My RV had a Check engine light come on during my cross country trip. I went to Greulich’s and they had it fixed and out in the same day. Friendly knowledgeable staff can’t say enough good things about Barry and the rest of the team. They worked well with the warranty insurance company also

Barry and team are TOP NOTCH! They are wonderful at communicating and giving honest upfront advice. Gruelichs Fountain Hills has treated me with respect and care; which can be a rare find in the auto repair world. My car has required lots of TLC and Barry's team has made sure it got.
