I just wanted to say this store was amazing. The two ladies who helped me even though I was stressed and emotional the day I came, were absolutely wonderful and I didn’t get their names, but once again wonderful and helpful. I just got my package that I had shipped from this location and they did a wonderful job packing and shipping it as well. If I’m ever in the area again, I will ship from there again if need be!

I am so happy to visit this post office, because they work instantly, without unnecessary actions, and the speed is off the charts. And the staff is very friendly, and a whole happiness to be here. I come in often to ship boxes to New York and Amazon returns. The employee Maddy is always a delight to work with! She greets me by name upon entry and is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Great service needs to be recognized. This location gets 100 stars!

The UPS Store at 9450 Mira Mesa Blvd is a well-oiled machine when it comes to drop-offs. I honestly feel like I’m in some kind of shipping speed race every time I walk in. You barely step through the door and boom, someone’s already waving you over like a NASCAR pit crew member, ready to take your package without a second thought. No long lines, no waiting around like you’re about to board a flight just quick, efficient service that gets you in and out faster than you can say "tracking number." The staff here deserve medals for their efficiency. It's like they’ve mastered the art of speed and friendliness simultaneously. They’ll have your package scanned, labeled, and ready to go before you even remember if you brought your receipt. If you’re looking for a place where dropping off a shipment feels like a swift breeze, this is it. Fast, friendly, and far too efficient for my liking now I want them to handle all my errands.

Today I shipped two electronic devices to a friend, and Raymond made that process so easy, that I was able to leave my husband in the car and get back out to him before he finished his coffee! If anyone from corporate reads this, Raymond deserves a raise! And a panda.

Who is in charge of this circus? You might want to have a talk with your clowns, whoever you are. Store hours mean absolutely nothing to these people. I drove 45 minutes to this location and arrived at 4:29 pm, only to find that, yet again, they are closed before their posted business hours. The hours on their door state they were supposed to be open until 5 pm. This is the third time this happens with this specific location in the last couple months. I wasted valuable time and gas only to find they work whatever hours they want. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and bad for business, to say the least.
