Insurance Inc. experience was a bit rough at the start of the contract(s) inception in 2021/22. Understanding the CA Fair Plan and all the nuances associated with it was and is a huge learning curve requiring an extreme amount of persistence and patience. I lacked both and was very frustrated for several years in my dealings with all homeowner insurance carriers. Over the last six months I have learned to appreciate the knowledge, patience and persistence of Insurance Inc. The shining star or "Rock Star" as I refer to her is Esthefany Dean of Insurance Inc.
