The contractor that we ever had. We have been living in our home since 1995 and here now and then we have some minor and major repairs and project and Need for Build, Inc. came to our rescue with a very professional crews and representative. Upon discussing and presenting the company and what can they do for us as far as cost, quality of work, required permit and paperwork, there was no doubt in our mind that Need fo Build is the best for us. We did ask 4 companies to assist our project and Need fo Build, Inc. has the best to offer.

We recently had Need for Build install pavers in our entryway, front patio, and walkway, and the entire experience was fantastic! Christian made scheduling and getting an estimate super easy. He arrived on time, offered great design ideas, and gave us a very competitive price. The project started and finished exactly when promised. Carlos and his crew did an amazing job — the worksite was always clean and organized, and they found smart solutions to our project’s challenges. The finished pavers look beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Need for Build for any home improvement project!

Ivan, Robert, Mikey and their team at Need For Build did an excellent job for us! They installed pavers, turf, poured concrete in our side yard, and built a water feature for us and also in collaboration with Moon Nursery they planted 14 trees and 16 jasmine vines and installed water irrigation and drippers. These guys go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. They do high quality work at a pretty incredible pace. Two months after the project was completed I contacted them about one of the drippers and the next day they sent someone to take care of it. I strongly recommend them.

Need for build INC is a great company that is very professional and willing to work with their customers. We had part of our backyard cemented and rain gutters installed. NFB was willing to work with our budget and are worth every penny. Although we only cemented a part of our backyard the quality of their work far exceeded our expectations! Doron came out to our house for the initial meeting and he provided excellent customer service. He came by everyday to check on the progress of the work being completed and made sure we were happy every step of the way. NFB have a high standard and take pride in the work they complete. We are planning on having a huge house renovation in a couple of years and we will definitely be going with NFB. We highly recommend NFB for any interior/ exterior home remodeling. We can't thank Doron enough and NFB. We could not have asked for a better experience!

We are happy with the work Need for Build did for us. We needed a custom patio re-done as our old one was falling apart. We first called a patio company but they said they were not able to build it the way we wanted. Need for Build was able to accommodate us. Their workers did an excellent job. They were very respectful and cleaned up after they were done with the build. Our project managers Avi & Jonathan were very knowledgeable & always available for questions. Overall we are pleased with our finished patio.

Need for Build transformed my front yard from what was essentially a parking lot of paver stones, to a beautiful oasis! The difference is so stark that many of our neighbors have complimented the work. Isaac, Jonathan, and Mikey were a great team to work with. Working with Need for Build was easy and collaborative. Isaac sent over a proposed landscape design, we worked together to finalize it, and I submitted it to my HOA within a few short days. Due to the way the company staffs its projects, Need for Build was able to get me on calendar within 2 days of my HOA approving my landscape design. During the project, the team was efficient and asked questions when appropriate, to make sure I would be happy with the final product. I was able to give them some direction as the project was ongoing, and they were open to tweaks without issue. They completed the project within 2 weeks--which is exactly within the timeframe they proposed--and we are so happy with the end result. See for yourself! I would absolutely hire these guys again with all my home renovation needs.

The ABSOLUTE BEST CONTRACTOR in San Diego by far. With B & C27 licences, they can do anything your heart or imagination desires. They aren't the most expensive, they don't cut corners and don't cheap out. The price on the contract is exactly what you will pay for, NO UPSELLING. Their customer service is the best and will not leave your transformation until you are 100% happy. Call Need For Build for a free quote. I highly recommend them. If I could give 10 Stars, I would (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)

I took down my other review of Need For Build because I was requested to as they tried to fix the problems with their handling of my project. Once again, the communication with Need For Build is extremely poor. Now Need For Build is trying to extort money from me by trying to apply the entirety of a project that they failed to complete to another portion that they neglected to finish in a five month span. While their representative, Angelo is great at selling you on how they do their projects, actual communication completely breaks down after that, and no timelines are given, and promises are made that never materialize. At this point, I believe that there are actually three teams. The first is sales that over promises, The second that under delivers as the build team, Third, the team that recovers money for failed projects. Incredibly disappointed as part of the contract was displaying their Need For Build sign in front of my house as advertising. Btw, our project was time critical as we were selling our home. Even after speaking to the owner, nothing is completely resolved and having the company come after us for work they didn’t complete is disgraceful.
