Poor Experience and Overcharge at UPS Store – Passport Photo Service I recently visited your UPS Store to get passport photos taken. I clearly provided the exact photo dimensions required for my passport. However, the photos printed by the teller did not match the size of my current passport photos. When I mentioned this, she offered to reprint them based on the passport’s country specifications — but the new prints were the exact same size again. At that point, I assumed perhaps the new passport dimensions had changed. However, despite me giving the correct measurements from the start and not making any mistakes, the teller charged me twice, totaling approx $60 instead of approx $30. She became hostile and demanding when I questioned the charge, insisting I pay immediately. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and mistreated, especially after showing my state of original passport. I have already tried contacting the store to resolve this, but no solution has been offered. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled — not only was I overcharged, but the experience felt discriminatory and disrespectful. It’s sad to see this level of customer service from a UPS location.

Do not bring your Amazon packages here. If you need to tape the top shut they charge $2 per box. Amazon pays them to take there stuff so this is ridiculous!

Store#1356. Do better. I ran the estimator via our shipping portal while my partner took our sealed parcel and went to purchase shipping at the counter from Richard. I was surprised and disappointed to learn after-the-fact that they were essentially mislead into a ridiculous up-sale wherein the shipping cost was triple what I had been offered in the portal. Richard offered from-top-down services and pricing, neglecting to offer basic UPS Ground at all, which is what was expected and budgeted for for this parcel. In a hurry and pressured by the sticker shock and sales tactics $90+ service was purchased when ~$35 service was expected and budgeted for. The conversation explicitly covered that no expedited shipping was needed. I understand this is business but this isn't good business and I'll be certainly taking ours elsewhere.

Disaster. The delivery driver stole a package from my door and they couldn't intercept it. No professionals here, none

KELSEY RIVERA WAS SO RUDE TO ME FOR NO REASON! HE ACTUALLY LOST IT AND YELLED AT ME INSIDE OF THE STORE, I AM JUST A PAYING CUSTOMER, IS HE BIPOLAR? I AM ALWAYS POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND THE OTHER 2 MEN ARE OK BUT THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. WHEN I ASKED HIM WHO THE STORE MANAGER WAS TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT ALL HE WOULD TEL ME WAS "OK.. OK". IF THE STORE MANAGER READS THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP. HE NEEDS TO FIND A NEW PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT ACTUALLY PROBABLY SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC.

Friendly staff, clean store. However, this store is charging $3.00 just to PRINT a shipping label. Not recommended.

My daughter was at the counter and I was coming in behind and the guy at the counter was being sarcastic to her so I asked him to stop being rude to which he changed his demeanor. There was also a dog inside barking excessively to a man to which they were just laughly, very unprofessional.

I brought my sealed Amazon package back to the UPS store. The gentleman manning the register was helping another customer, I didn't mind waiting. He went to help me, wouldn't accept the packaging as it was packaged. And then per the Amazon's instructions, i produce the QR code and they print the label. He wanted to know where my label was. He was rude, impatient, and was short in his options to help me.
