Complete waste of money. There is ZERO value in this. Don't fall for their sales tactics like I did when I thought this might be a good move for my consulting business. It seems like the only people who have given this company 5 stars are reviewing the onboarding call, not the actual subscription (who does that?)

I signed up for the AdvisoryCloud trial after seeing an ad. It is a fantastic concept. I quickly realized that I did not have the time to invest, to make membership worthwhile, while I was on maternity leave. I attempted to cancel on the last day of my trial but must have missed some time deadline because I was charged. After going back and forth with the customer care team, they agreed to refund my charge since I made my request the day my trial ended. I deeply appreciated their assistance and willingness to meet me on this matter.

I never consented to an advisory cloud membership during my “onboarding” call. I feel like this is a scam. Trixie misled me. I hope that nobody else falls for this scam. I am so upset that I’m taking this to the FTC. I am also disputing this ill legitimate transaction on my credit card.

I'm going to echo another customers experience. Horrible customer service. I also cancelled immediately. There are surprisingly low-quality organizations on this site. There are limited orgs for certain industries and on top of that I could not find any of the orgs I was interested in on LinkedIn. On top of that, as I was looking around I noticed that all of the companies that I was even considering had their 1st "advisory meeting" for the next month. So they immediately try to hook you in for 2 months. It's 2 months (or $400 later) before you can even get any sort of read on whether the service is worth it to you or not. They charged me although I communicated this with customer service (1 lady- no matter what time or day). They refused to refund the charges. I never used this completely useless and in my opinion FRAUDULENT service. I SPENT $200 FOR ONE MONTH SO THAT NONE OF YOU HAVE TO! This service is a low-quality scam. I disputed the charges with my bank.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM. This company has a full customer service team selling these worthless memberships. After that, there’s absolutely nothing. I actually continued to get emails trying to enroll me after I already enrolled. I accepted that it was awful and I made a mistake - then a year later, they charge me $1000 as a renewal fee. They are refusing to refund - TOTAL SCAM

Don’t give them your info unless you want to be endlessly spam emailed. Unsubscribed countless times and keep getting emails. Will be filing a complaint against them.

Be aware if you sign up for the free subscription and not cancel, they will take money out of your account without giving any notice prior to withdrawal and no receipts. It is unethical to withdraw from anyone’s account without the proper notifications. For 5 months I did not notice I was being charged. Not 1 email… just took my money and never said a thing. What a terrible way of doing business

Notice that all of the positive reviews are for on-boarding sessions. This service may be a scam. At best, it seems they want highly qualified professionals to give endless advice to companies for free with the vague hope that that will somehow, someday, turn into a paid position for a reputable company. When asked how using their service turned into paid gigs, the on-boarding person could not provide a single number or even any sort of range. They want $95 a month from you, YOU ARE PLAYING THEM TO WORK FOR FREE. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL, THERE SHOULD BE LABOR LAWS AGAINST IT. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR ABUSING PEOPLE EAGER TO GROW THEIR CAREERS!!! I am glad within 5 minutes of the on-boarding session, I asked to cancel the trial membership.
