I would like to compliment Cassandra on her excellent customer service today. She was very patient and friendly and helped me with all my needs. The employees at this UPS all are always very kind and helpful. I really appreciate it. Special shout out to Linzy Who has helped me many times always with a smile. I appreciate good service these days. It’s hard to find.

I had the best customer service from Dave and sydney, I had large packages and they were able to help me with my Amazon return so easily. It was a very pleasant experience.. These are two kind, hard-working people

I had three different shipments including some original art. Frank and Omar totally helped me out. Reduced my packaging cost by recycling a box and cut down cardboard to better protect the art. They are always patient and friendly. Love my local UPS store!

I had the opportunity to visit the store twice in one day, once for an express shipment of contacts to my daughter at camp and the other an important tax doc to Canada. Frank and Cassandra handled both transactions flawlessly. Great job!

This ups store is so helpful and great customer service. I just moved and needed to set up a mailbox, I left a message asking for some information about their mailbox services. Amy called me back right way and was very helpful. She told me all the information and IDs I needed to open up a box. I came down that same day and Amy got me all signed up for a mailbox. They had a long line but she was fast and also showed great customer service as did the gentleman working with her. I’m happy we decided to use ups store for our mailbox. Also got a text when a package arrived. Loved that. Keep up the great work
