Kevin Pool did a great job in helping us with our claim for flood damage.Kevin got us the amount of money we needed to fix our home which the Insurance had been refusing to pay. My wife and I are totally satisfied with using a Public Adjustor and specially Kevin who was so helpfull.

We worked with Kevin Pool after experiencing a pipe that broke in our attic that flooded our house…. It was a project that took us nearly a year to repair. Kevin stepped in and knew exactly what was needed and took charge. He and his associates handled the insurance companies which allowed us to take a breath and alleviated all of the stress associated with a project this size. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate as we navigated putting our house back together. Kevin was amazing at maximizing my claim with Farmers when roof was damaged during a wind storm. His deep knowledge of coverage terms helped me recovered amount that replaced the entire roof (minus depreciation) when I probably would’ve accepted cost to patch damaged area. Kevin took the claim process from beginning to end with very little involvement from myself and delivered the results (claim proceeds) as he indicated he would. I’d 100% use Kevin again should there be another need for insurance claim.

We had RCC Consulting and Desing to our home that flooded out last spring. We came home from vacation, to water everywhere. We had a very difficult time with our Insurance Co to start the job, even though all the paperwork was submitted, and photo's of our disaster. My husband and I were not getting calls returned or emails returned, and everyday we were getting sicker and sicker from the enviroment. Kevin came out and he had us in a temporary housing home within 48 hrs. From that point on, Kevin handled our job from top to bottom, and handled everything. Working with insurance, and the lack of staffing, it was our worst nightmare. Kevin is extremely knowledgable, friendly and honest getting the job done in a timely manner. He explains everything, and his documentation is impeccable. I highly refer him for your home restoration.

My house was flooded by a broken dishwasher line and I was struggling with an unscrupulous insurance adjuster who recommended I switch to his preferred remediation contractor , Servpro, who turned out to be incompetent and colluding with my adjuster. But after weeks of my adjuster ignoring my calls and Servpro constantly no-showing and making excuses, I was appalled when we failed our post repair mold test. Servpro and my adjuster seemed completely indifferent to the situation and content with dragging out the remediation process at my expense, but luckily I was referred to Kevin Pool. Kevin’s knowledge, experience, and empathy turned the situation around for the better immediately. I was able to get a new adjuster assigned to my claim who actually answered his phone and switched to a remediation company that actually knew what they were doing. Kevin was very responsive throughout the process and always filled me in on the status of repairs and the claim. I am very thankful for Kevin and his help. I am construction manager with over a decade of experience but was still overwhelmed with the claims process and would have struggled to recoup my cost without Kevin.
