16 weeks to get a holster? Yes I took wish I had looked and or checked reviews first. And I have had to send email asking about purchase and The response is that for some reason due to covid and anything else that's involved with what's been going on since that started is apparently their reasoning and right now getting ready to go on 14th week as I ordered this April 30th . Since then I have two other holsters for my Glock 19 x both from two reputable companies and they're both custom and didn't take 16 weeks. And yes some of the reviews are correct. They do not give any kind of refunds. They have my money and I have no holster from them just like other reviews. Apparently if I get it I get it if I don't lesson learned. $119.00 now probably gone .

Absolutely garbage of a company and customer service. The owner is a scammer who collects money from people and doesn’t deliver. I placed an order for a holster nearly 2 months ago. After inquiring about the status of my order, the owner sent me an email saying they were very busy and can’t provide an estimate for when they can ship my order. I then requested a refund, because I didn’t want to wait months. However, the owner refused to refund me my money. He says his company doesn’t cancel or refund an order for any reason. This is a typical scammer tactic of bait and trap (I wish I read the reviews before doing business with this company). Absolutely disgusting… stay away from this company and don’t waste your money. I ordered a holster from a reputable retailer and received it in 4 days, and it was a lot cheaper.

It took almost 4 months to get my holster and it’s pretty low quality compared to the one I bought day of at cabela’s called cross breed holster which I love that one at least in all wasn’t worth the money and time.

Similar reviews still prove true in June 2022. On 5/11/22 I purchased a holster from TactiPac for ~$100. Within two days, on 5/13/22, of placing my order I requested a cancellation in a completely reasonable timeframe. The advertised lead time for products to be completed is The company is owned and operated by Anthony Battaglia. He/TactiPac does not offer refunds, and takes advantage of customers. Walking away with my money, not providing an update on order status, and argues with paying customers about being unfair. Claiming that the "custom nature of our business and the long manufacturing process for each custom piece we do not process order cancellations for any reason." Is completely nonsensical. Spend your money elsewhere on a product with shorter lead time, and better customer service, and better quality product.
