The WORST site to visit if you will need help. I visited this location for the first time today and two employees watched as myself and another customer stood in line for 20 Minutes waiting for assistance. No hi how are you or even a basic greeting from either employee we were just ignored while both employees assisted one customer. When we asked the female white employee with short brunette hair for help she was aggravated and snappy. She made us feel so unwelcome. I would rather go to a fed ex store directly then come to Office Depot. The employees aren’t worth the frustration.

The sales girl that greeted us was very proactive, offered us help, answered our questions, and most importantly then backed off and gave us space to think over our decision. Perfect balance. We ended up making the purchase and feel comfortable coming back. The one thing that I didn't enjoy was likely NOT the staff's fault. Though most companies will have policies for dealing with disruptive customers, they are rarely used because head administrations usually get pretty upset about any kind of negative public reviews, so staff learn to just indulge disruptive customers & let them get away with whatever. That is hurting business, at least half of customers are introverts. They're not going to get on here & leave a negative review when they feel uncomfortable at a store because another customer was having a cellphone argument, complete with yelling and swearing on their speakerphone & nobody did anything about it. They just won't go back to the business or will shop elsewhere online. Businesses, please sincerely support your staff, be willing to take a negative review hit from a vengeful customer because they got called out for bad behavior so that the other 98% of your customers can have a pleasant shopping experience.

Greg Bennett is a outstanding manager. He takes his time to help you find product that is right for you. He’s very knowledgeable and polite. All the employees in the store seam to have great working relationships and all seam to care about the customers. I would recommend the Denham Springs to anyone that has a business or needs help finding the right product or printing needs.

I recently had reduced for lamination some very important documents at the Denham Springs, LA, store. The personnel there produced perfect copies of the front and back of the documents. The documents were reduced in smaller sizes than expected and laminated for the rugged use I anticipate.

Absolutely ridicously that YOUR website kicks back my CC for payment, then refuses any of the other 7 I try, forcing me to sit on hold for 20 minutes while waiting to talk to a human who takes the number of the original CC and puts the order in no problem. The only issue is that by the time that wait was up it was beyond the deadline for same day service and now I have to pay a "rush" charge to get the same thing I was going to get if your website had not been trash.
