Station Square has been a wonderful place to live so far. Alyssa and Kendra in leasing are amazing! Always quick to respond and so helpful with every question. Maintenance is just as great; they respond promptly and do thorough, high quality work. The community itself is very welcoming, and it has been such a positive environment compared to my previous apartment. The building is also very quiet. I never hear my neighbors, and while you can occasionally hear the train or loud cars during the day, it’s minimal and especially not disruptive at night. Overall, Station Square truly cares for its residents, which I have not only witnessed but have heard from several of the residents. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

My move-in experience at Station Square has been smooth and wonderful so far! My roomate and I have had a very eventful and fast-paced week, but despite the hectic schedule, we’re absolutely loving our new residence. We’re incredibly grateful to the team—especially Kendra and Alyssa—for helping us secure this unit. Their support brought us a real sense of peace during a busy time, and we truly appreciate their efforts in making this transition possible. Thank you again for everything!

A Quiet, Comforting Place to Begin Again Station Square has been exactly what I needed—a peaceful, quaint place to land while starting fresh in a new town. As a young working professional, I was looking for somewhere that felt calm and stable without being dull, and this place strikes that balance beautifully. The atmosphere is quiet and comforting, & convenient with local dining spots with just the right amount of charm. The community is friendly but respectful of space, and everything feels thoughtfully maintained. It’s not flashy, but that’s part of what makes it feel like home. A special thanks to the Station Square Property Team!

We have only lived here for 3 days at this point so my review is really about the process of getting the apartment and moving in. The staff during the application process were very helpful and provided prompt communication. I never once felt out of the loop, and the team answered all of my questions quickly and politely. Getting approved for the apartment was fast, and the only pre-move in task that was a little challenging was that you need to pay the first bill within 72 hours of getting approval for the unit. Now I completely understand why this rule is in place, and it really wasn't hard to do, but it did wish I knew that in advance so I could plan for it. I will say it is completely possible that they did inform me of that during the application process and I just didn't listen so I wouldn't say it as a negative comment, but as an FYI to applicants. The move in process was easy. The elevators are pretty big so most of my furniture could be moved without taking it apart. There isn't readily accessible stair access that I have found, as the only stairwells that I have used do not open from outside. So, if you are moving in large items that don't fit in the elevator, the stairs aren't a great option. The parking situation is interesting- we are a 2 car household so we have tandem parking spots which isn't something I have experiences before but is an efficient way to get more spots out of a parking lot. The area is nice, good cafes nearby and good restaurants. We live facing the train and it isn't too loud. It's actually really nice having the commuter rail station right next to the building, as well as a bus that goes direct to Logan airport. Overall, great place, reasonable prices, friendly staff, good location. Highly recommend!

My husband and I lived here for almost a year. We genuinely loved the area, and the apartment itself is nice - fairly updated/new and no real issues there. When we first were looking at the apartments we were told the train was not too loud, and didn't run too late at night. Well, the train runs all through the day and night - and it is VERY loud. We sleep with a box fan, and even that was not enough to keep the train from waking us up multiple times at night. The Amtrak, commuter rail, and freight train all run on this track and with varying horns. I wouldn't recommend a room that faces the train. I cannot speak for other units in the building. Near the end, we also had multiple issues with maintenance, with them even breaking a sentimental item we had in the apartment and barely offering an email apology for it. We had issues with our water heater, HVAC Unit, washer, windows, all within the year. At first, maintenance was great, but toward the end, they had someone new coming by who always tended to blame us for the issues we were having, and many repairs took multiple calls. The apartment is a bit overpriced, given the tiny gym/exercise room and lack of other amenities. Overall - front desk staff are nice, place is fine to live, and close to many restaurants/places - but if you enjoy sleep, it wouldn't be my top pick.

Station square was my fiancée and i’s first apartment/place to live with one another. Working out of Boston this complex is perfect with easy access to highway and commuter rail. Trains can be a little loud at night but you eventually get used to it. Ariana and Kendra in the leasing office always responded and helped in any way possible. The maintenance team also was very kind and easy to get in touch with. Thank you to the station square team for everything!
