As a person who is handicapped and must utilize a wheelchair in order to shop, I found it incredibly disheartening as I sent my child to obtain the key from the staff in order to operate the electric wheelchair. After waiting several minutes for the key, the employee told my daughter that the wheelchair was out of service. There is no sign on the wheelchair. I truly believe he was just too lazy to go find the key totally unacceptable. you just lost $500 in business, and we will shop somewhere else. Poor customer service way to go.

Great selection, very spacious. My only criticism is that I find the layout slightly confusing - its hard to know where things are except the golf and fishing sections are obvious. Maybe better signage would help. But yes, it's a solid sporting goods store and you should find whatever you need here. For me its kids basketball and football gear.

Went in yesterday to try on shoes. I asked the Lady working in the shoe department if they price match shoes on Zappos and she said yes. Went to go pay and the cashier went and got the manager who said they don’t price match. Didn’t buy the shoes. Went online and contacted customer service and they price matched it without any issues, mind you, I didn’t let them know about my experience in store. I went ahead and drove out of my way to pick them up at a different location. The folks at that location were much nicer.
