I've had my insurance with Jennifer for year's. I switched to progressive for about 3 months because my boyfriend already had a policy there and we purchased a vehicle together. I read over our policy one day. We were paying twice as much for not even half the cover we have now. We have been with Jennifer for a about 10 months now. We have life, renters and vehicle insurance and our coverage is amazing. The customer service is awesome and if you ever have to use the farmers road side assistance they are super fast! I highly recommend Jennifer Philpott Insurance!

I love everything about my insurance agency. Over the years Farmer's has been very good to me. When I have questions they are quick and courteous and professional. Jennifer is also very community minded often doing random nice things for teachers and others. They often review my policy to see if they can save me any money! I have been with the same agency through the past 3 agents! When I did have a claim they paid quickly and fairly. I recently purchased a new to me car and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my insurance needs.

We ended up with Jennifer's office after our previous agent sold out. I have had to contact them twice and both times, the office was very polite, professional and helpful. I would not thought of using somebody outside my twin but I'm glad we ended up with Jennifer and her team. So far, so good. Would recommend.

I would recommend the Nowata Farmer's Agency and Agent Jenny Philpott to anyone looking for insurance products of any kind. Jenny handles our business as well as our personal policies and recently wrote life insurance for us. Premiums were comparable to other companies but the real value is in the care she takes in understanding your specific concerns and needs.
