Wow! I am SHOCKED to be writing a positive review for SS, but here we are. We had an appointment at 3pm and were seen by 3:15pm. When I scheduled the appointment, the agent failed to tell us about one of the documents we needed to bring in. This put us in a bit of a tricky situation because we were moving out of the country 2 days later. The rep told us to bring it in first thing the next morning, knock on his window, and he’d take care of it since we didn’t have the time to make another appointment for weeks later. He wasn’t able to make it to work the next morning, but the employee who sits next to him happily took care of scanning in the document and updating our accounts. In my 10 years of dealing with SS I have never dealt with employees this nice and helpful!!

Appointment required but impossible to get. Have now waited for nearly two hours on hold when it was supposed to take 50 minutes. No offer of call back as with professional companies. Promises made by SSA Rep named "Ian" totally not kept. Would not give/schedule an appt for our handicapped son. If he says he'll call you back DO NOT believe him.

Tried numerous times to talk to an agent who was supposed to call me but never did. Holding on the phone for hours. I have been to the office twice trying to get my deceased husbands benefits. I have no income coming in since his death. I have all the needed documents. What does it take to get my husband’s benefits?

Visited this location once we moved to OK. The wait time was normal for the SSA, it was crowded and the speaker system was not working. The security guard kept announcing for the clients to pay attention to the screens as the numbers were being called so that people could get to the windows. They SHOULD HAVE a Mask 😷 Policy cause there was Sooo Many people in there coughing and not covering their mouths. I didn’t see any sanitizer stations available either. Once we were called to window 14 and we explained the reason for our visit the Clerk was RUDE and at one point in the conversation made a comment “ what you telling me for” and “ we don’t offer services “ which I know was incorrect. But I left it at that cause I wasn’t going to let HER IGNORANCE get ME out of my character. They should really work on their CUSTOMER SERVICE Skills as they work for the Government. The only thing good I can say about this location was the bathroom was clean. I hope I never have to visit this location ever again.

called to schedule an appointment was on hold for about an hour, finally spoke to someone and scheduled an appointment. appointment day came and it was quick, i checked in through a link they text you, got called back in under 15mins. appointment was quick and simple went in for a name change.
